Parent Life Tip #3: Family Workout: Take Classes Together

A great way to spend time together and strengthen parental bond is to share common interests. Ask around at nearby fitness clubs and community centers about aerobics, yoga, swimming or other classes offered to parents and kids together. If your little one is too young to participate, look for classes that help you burn calories using your baby as a prop (this can be super fun!) or joining a stroller workout.
